In 2024, the Disneyland Resort experiences a special revival of magic: Pixar Fest returns, inviting everyone from April 26th to August 4th to an extraordinary celebration of friendship. For the first time since 2018, the event will captivate visitors' hearts with new highlights and cherished favorites.
A Celebration That Connects
Pixar Fest is themed around friendship and togetherness. A new daytime parade kicks off in the California Adventure Park, while the Disneyland Park dazzles with the nighttime spectacle “Together Forever,” featuring new scenes. A Pixar sculpture, towering over 24 feet (ca. 7 m), welcomes guests even before they enter the parks.
Parade of Pixar Pals
The “Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration! Parade” brings together more than two dozen beloved Pixar characters. With vibrant floats and energetic music, they parade through the park, from Joe Gardner and 22 from “Soul” to the heroes of “Toy Story.”
Together Forever: An Exceptional Experience
The nighttime spectacle “Together Forever” takes its visitors on an emotional journey through the world of Pixar. With fireworks and synchronized effects over the three main viewing locations, the interconnectedness of Pixar characters is celebrated.
Day and Night Full of Experiences
The Hollywood Backlot transforms into Club Pixar during the day, offering photo opportunities and games. At night, it becomes a vibrant dance party. The “Pixar Pals Playtime Party” at the Fantasyland Theatre invites everyone to join in the fun.
Culinary Diversity and Merchandise
From the popular Pixar Fest cake at the Plaza Inn to the six Pixar-themed marketplaces, the culinary variety is vast. New merchandise items and limited collector’s pieces await the fans.
Pixar Fest in the Downtown Disney District
The Pixar Fest celebration continues outside the parks as well. With photo ops and special menus in selected restaurants, the magic of Pixar is everywhere. The Pixar Place Hotel, the first completely Pixar-themed hotel, offers unique encounters.
