Holiday Park has unveiled an ambitious master plan. With an investment of 80 million euros, the amusement park plans a comprehensive expansion of its offerings. Visitors can look forward to a new water park, additional themed areas, innovative attractions, and an enhancement of the existing offerings.

Overview of the Investment Plan

The investment of a total of 80 million euros aims to improve the experience significantly for guests at Holiday Park. Carl Lenaerts, CEO of the operating company Plopsa, emphasizes the goal of creating an even more attractive visitor experience through this extensive financial injection.

The New Water Park in Haßloch

In cooperation with the municipality of Haßloch, a state-of-the-art water park is being developed at the site of the Badepark Haßloch. Planned with a budget of approximately 40 million euros, this water park promises to set new standards for aquatic fun with its indoor and outdoor areas, themed pools, and exciting water slides. This project aims to position Holiday Park as a regional destination for refreshing adventures.

New Attractions and Themed Areas

A significant portion of the budget is allocated to the development of new attractions and the enhancement of the park's infrastructure. In 2025, a new attraction based on the beloved Smurfs will open, and more spectacular innovations are planned. A highlight is the development of a new themed area at the Holiday Park Lake in collaboration with the music festival Tomorrowland, which will offer an extraordinary attraction for teenagers and adults in 2026.

New Features for the 2024 Season

As early as the 2024 season, visitors can look forward to new attractions. Details will be unveiled at the official season opening on March 23. A special highlight at the start of the season will be a morning welcome show with Maya the Bee and her friends.

Conclusion

With a comprehensive investment plan of 80 million euros, Holiday Park is setting new standards in the amusement park sector. The planned expansions and attractions promise to enrich the experience significantly for guests of all ages and further establish the park as a regional destination.
