Toverland celebrated a remarkable double triumph at the 2025 “Most Customer-Friendly Company in the Netherlands” awards. The theme park claimed first place in the leisure category and secured second place in the overall ranking of Dutch companies. This accolade highlights the exceptional hospitality and welcoming atmosphere that visitors experience at Toverland.
Victory in the Leisure Category
Toverland outshone prominent competitors like Efteling and WILDLANDS to win the leisure category. Guests praised the dedicated staff for creating a warm and family-friendly environment. Nearly half of the respondents rated the park’s hospitality with a 9 or 10. The delicious food and pleasant surroundings further contributed to this success. The award recognizes Toverland’s commitment to delivering magical moments of joy.
Second Place Among Top Dutch Companies
In its debut nomination, Toverland achieved an impressive second place in the overall ranking, trailing only the online supermarket Picnic. Among nearly 400 evaluated companies across various sectors, this result underscores the park’s outstanding guest service. Bart Jaspers, Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications, emphasized that the recognition is a significant honor for the entire team. He announced plans to celebrate the achievement with all staff in the coming days.
Debut Success in the National Ranking
Toverland’s first-time participation in the awards resulted in an immediate standout performance. Visitors highlighted the professionalism of the staff and the park’s thoughtful design. This successful entry reinforces Toverland’s focus on creating unforgettable experiences, setting it apart from other theme parks.
