The music and entertainment show “Immer wieder sonntags,” hosted by Stefan Mross, will launch its new season on June 15, 2025, live from the Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort in Rust. Airing every Sunday at 10 a.m. on Das Erste and available on the ARD Mediathek, the show promises twelve live episodes and a best-of special packed with music, fun, and excitement.
Celebrating 30 Years of Music and Joy
Marking its 30th anniversary in 2025, “Immer wieder sonntags” has been broadcast from the Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort since 1998. Stefan Mross, the show’s host since 2005, will welcome over 120 artists, blending young talents with established stars. “The long wait is over: We’re back,” Mross said, expressing enthusiasm for a season filled with humor, surprises, and emotional moments. The opening episode on June 15, 2025, will feature guests like Hansi Hinterseer, Peggy March & Oli.P, and Claudia Jung. The season runs through August 31, 2025, culminating in a best-of episode on September 7, 2025.
Music, Culinary Stories, and Competitions
Music takes center stage, complemented by the “Gerichte mit Geschichte” segment, where celebrities prepare dishes with personal significance in the “Starküche” before the audience. The Sommerhitparade will see 13 contestants compete via televoting, with matchups determined by a random draw. Young performers will shine at the “rotes Mikrofon,” while Holzwurm Willi adds playful entertainment. Ronja Forcher returns as a reporter, honoring individuals for remarkable achievements, and performs as a singer, building on her debut in this role last year.
New “Love is in the Air” Initiative
A fresh addition for 2025, the “Love is in the air” campaign invites schlager fans to join a unique music game that doubles as a distinctive dating opportunity. Stefan Mross will connect music enthusiasts, and if their schlager hearts align, winning pairs will enjoy a romantic dinner. This interactive feature aims to strengthen the fan community.
Star-Studded Lineup and Highlights
The season boasts a diverse lineup of performers. On June 22, 2025, artists like Höhner, Francine Jordi, and Sonia Liebing will take the stage, followed by Andy Borg, Nicole, and Sarah Zucker on June 29, 2025. Further highlights include Ross Antony on July 6, 2025, Michael Holm on July 13, 2025, and Die Amigos on July 27, 2025.
