Starting in September 2025, he will present an exclusive eight-course menu blending classic French cuisine with international sophistication. Guests can get a first taste at the “Eatrenalin Chef’s Special” in May 2025.
Renowned Chef Expands His Role
Peter Hagen-Wiest, celebrated for a decade with two Michelin stars for “Ammolite – The Lighthouse Restaurant,” will now also shape the culinary direction of Eatrenalin’s innovative gastronomic concept alongside his existing responsibilities. Originally from Bregenz, he began his career at Hotel Messmer and honed his craft in prestigious Michelin-starred establishments, including Schwarzwaldstube, Vila Joya, and Cheval Blanc in Basel. His culinary philosophy, rooted in classic French techniques infused with modern international influences, has established him as a leading figure in Germany’s fine-dining scene.
Eatrenalin: A Multisensory Culinary Experience
Eatrenalin at Europa-Park combines exceptional cuisine with a multisensory immersive world. Having advised on the project from its inception, Hagen-Wiest emphasizes the concept’s uniqueness, noting that blending innovative sensory elements with top-tier culinary quality presents a distinctive challenge. First Showcase at the Chef’s Special
On May 23 and 24, 2025, Peter Hagen-Wiest will debut a creation featuring seasonal, regional, and international ingredients during the “Eatrenalin Chef’s Special.” This over two-hour experience will be complemented by select wines curated by Sommelier of the Year Vincenzo De Biase and captivating show elements. The event offers an exclusive glimpse into the chef’s culinary vision for Eatrenalin.
