A day, two milestones: On August 23, 2023, TV producer Werner Kimmig was celebrated twice. Alongside his 75th birthday, he looked back on half a century of Kimmig Entertainment in Europa-Park. This memorable occasion attracted many familiar faces, including Beatrice Egli, Frank Elstner, and Hans Sigl, to name just a few.
The day's highlight? The Mack family, owners of Europa-Park, presented Kimmig with a star on the coveted "Walk of Fame" on the French Film Street. An overwhelmed Kimmig said, "I'm truly speechless. Such a moment is unparalleled in my career. It was a deeply emotional instant for me."
The story of Kimmig Entertainment began 50 years ago as a modest management and promotion agency. Today, it stands as one of Germany's leading TV production companies, producing an impressive number of shows and being responsible, among others, for the popular show "Always again Sundays".
